Trump rally liability waiver (without arbitration clause)

As has been widely reported, if you want to register for tickets to attend Trump's June 19 rally in Tulsa, you have to say that you won't hold the Trump campaign and others liable for Covid-19-related injuries. Go here to read the entire order form. The purported waiver reads as follows:

By clicking register below, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Rally, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.; BOK Center; ASM Global; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.

So typical of Donald Trump: pretend the COVID 19 crisis is over, even though infections and hospitalizations are surging in 20 states. Ignore science, data, and medical reality; fail to show any leadership, take any responsibility, or address the problem in any way, as if ignoring the problem, like an ostrich burying its head in the sand, will make it go away.
But at the same time, cover your butt by having those attend the MAGA rallies waive their legal rights. Pack tens of thousands of people, most of whom follow Trump’s example of not wearing masks, in crowded spaces and then dodge any legal responsibility for the COVID disaster you set in motion.
Trump is a despicable human being in every way, and he knows that the MAGA rallies are likely to infect many of his supporters. He simply doesn’t care, beyond making sure that he incurs no legal liability. The moral and ethical failures just don’t concern him.
