Obesity is one of the leading causes of health concern in today’s world.Statistics say that about 30% of the population in America are victims of obesity and around 27% of the children are obese.Obesity is one of the prime causes of heart related disorders and if it is not contained early on it can cause a lot of health related issues in the future.
