Unless I am very mistaken the US constitution also offers the power of Referendum to the people. This is no longer the time for polls or petitions, Let us help the CFPB by holding a public referendum on the subject, the result of which will be conclusive and binding.
If that was powerful enough to discharge General De Gaulle of his duties, it should be strong enough to consolidate the CFPB’s appointment.
There is a lot of work to be done, this is no longer the time to indulge in endless bickering.
Then next, there should be another such vote of the people to ban a certain type of parasite of the lobbyist genus.
