Sen. Franken urges SEC to prohibit mandatory arbitration clauses in customer service agreements

Senator Franken today sent a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission urging it to "promptly exercise its authority
under Section 921 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer
Protection Act to prohibit the use of mandatory arbitration provisions
