Why not ask the NY Giants to resolves the budget impasse?
That should not take long and it will be better done.
After refusing to shake hands before the opening kick-off…er…special session, and getting flagged by factcheck.org for a record 14 unsportsmanlike conduct penalties, the Tea Party wing will be pummeled by their Republican cohorts into ending the shutdown. After a short halftime filled with pageantry and speechifying (“The American People know that I…”), both sides will move on to the debt ceiling using “three yards and a cloud of dust” strategies.
