Here is a helpful (and entertainingly written) catalogue of various nasty consumer practices to watch out for, along with some basic advice about protecting yourself as a consumer (to the extent you can). I have been on high alert after been Target released a statement saying over a million consumers credit cards have been confiscated by thieves. Is it still safe to shop with credit cards in stores or is online the safe way to go? I have never had a issue with online purchases. I run a blog on shopping on a budget at http://womensbootsonsale.net/ (I love fashion!) but this does worry me. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
