Loyola Consumer Law Review seeks speakers, papers for its March 2026 symposium

We received the following call for papers and speakers:

The Loyola Consumer Law Review is currently seeking authors and speakers for its upcoming March 2026 symposium, on the state of consumer protection in the United States during the second Trump administration. Scholars could explore how consumers have and will continue to be impacted by the dismantling of regulatory bodies and enforcement standards (for example: the rollback of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the removal of Democratic commissioners from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), impact of tariffs and widespread budgetary cuts to consumer protection programs.)

We are seeking a few authors to write an article to be published in our journal and also present at the symposium PLUS a few speakers to just present at the symposium.

To express interest in speaking or submitting an article, please contact Joti Kaur at hkaur2@luc.edu  before September 30, 2025. The symposium will be held in Chicago, Illinois at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law on March 20, 2026 from 8:30am-3:30pm.
