  1. Michael says:

Where does it end with the Wells Fargo Scams, when the the government say this is enough.
I respond as a victim, Wells Fargo claimed to be the owner of my mortgage and provided a Assignment of Mortgage as their proof of ownership.
Only until I retained a new attorney that hired a licensed private investigator who discovered, the that Assignment was manufactured by a employee of the law firm that was representing Wells Fargo and claimed she was Assistant Secretary for the bank that assigned the mortgage to Wells Fargo. Then the law firm sold the mortgage to a private Investment group, who is continuing the fraud. The real kicker is Wells Fargo has sent letters to CFPB, stating they were not the Investor or Owner of the Mortgage and EverBank was, but Ever bank says they are not the owner Wells Fargo is. CFPB has uncovered this Act of Fraud, Wells Fargo and their attorney stole my house and sold it, sounds like a criminal act to me.
