    I purchased an SUV from CarMax, and have replaced EVERYTHING in it since. Just had to put a new transmission in. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING is BRAND NEW now. DO NOT PURCHASE a car from CarMax!!! I started having issues 8 days after purchase. Took it in and the battery was bad (My SUV just shut off as I was sitting at an intersection) front mounts broke, driver and passenger CV axle were cracked, etc. The put other old cheap stuff in, b/c it was within the 30 day warranty window, and all that junk broke within a month. A friend told me she watched the 20/20 episode with her husband, and they said they never will purchase a car from there. Going to check out the episode now.
